Wayne Sproule has been helping his clients achieve their Real Estate dreams since 2006. His love of real estate and desire to always go above and beyond what is expected of him is what undoubtedly sets him apart from his competitors.
He grew up on a farm on the border of Kawartha Lakes and Durham Region. Growing up in a small town with a deep sense of community and learning the value of a hard days work at a young age gave Wayne the values he holds above all else today.
He sparked his passion for sales working for an Internet Service Provider in the early days of small business website development. Since that time, he has continued to develop his client-first approach of Full-Service Real Estate. His goal is to establish clients for life and build trusting relationships that go far beyond a standard transaction. Wayne knows the only way to do that is to make sure that every clients' needs and best interests are his highest priority. He has worked in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks, in both the Residential and Commercial market, giving him a unique edge when it comes to understanding his clients' real estate needs.
Wayne likes to spend his free time with his wife and children and their two dogs. Summers might mean some travel and family golf outings while winter is usually spent coaching his daughter's hockey team.
The Real Estate Industry is constantly changing and to stay current one must always be learning. Wayne is continuously training and has recently completed his Broker's Designation. He also has the advantage of working with one of the brightest and most inspiring minds in Real Estate today, his wife, Elechia Barry-Sproule, who is also the Broker of Record for Red Apple Real Estate Inc., Brokerage.
